Open educational resources (OER) in the Spanish universities

Open educational resources (OERs) have become a key element in the development of quality education within 2030 Agenda. This article discusses current situation OER Spanish universities, analysing their publishing platforms, policies, strategies and incentives for authors. In addition, characteristics existing OERs institutional repositories are analysed proposal stages, according to purpose level openness, is presented. study concludes that, although there growing interest OER, currently no general awareness what or its creation entails. Interdisciplinary cooperation professionals involved is, therefore, essential create that can be found, shared reused.
